Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Apply now and a recruiter will reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Indiana Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC required. Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience is required. This position is primarily outpatient with approximately 5-10% inpatient care. Experience with outpatient orthopedic caseloads preferred. Approximately 70% of outpatient diagnoses are orthopedic. Experience with equipment such as Hivamat, therapeutic ultrasound, electrical stimulation, BITS, and laser is preferred. Familiarity with Epic EMR preferred. Manual therapy skills preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Hospital - Physical Therapy department (primarily outpatient). Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 08:30-17:00, Monday through Friday. Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36. Patient Ratio: Approximately 1:1 in unit setting. Required Certifications: BLS and current state licensure. Float Requirements: None. Dress Code: Charcoal grey scrubs. Denim is not acceptable attire. First Day Instructions: Park on the south side of the outpatient building at 1810 Lafayette Rd. Enter through the front doors. Complete any assigned HR education modules prior to the first day.
