Join a travel Physical Therapist assignment in Gulfport, MS within a Home Health setting where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Apply now and a recruiter will reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Current and active Physical Therapy license in the State of Mississippi required. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience providing patient care in the home health setting preferred. Ability to travel daily by car to patient homes within Harrison County, MS. Candidate must be able to travel to more than one location within a work shift. Comfort with documentation, development of individualized plans of care, communication with physicians, and participation in weekly team case conferences for recertification and discharge planning. Bachelor’s degree minimum education requirement confirmed by client. Assignment Details Facility Type: Home Health. Shift Name: Evenings. Shift Details: Evenings . Work Days: Monday through Friday. Will work in patient homes. Daily driving to and from patients' homes within Harrison County, MS. Travel requirement: Yes. Candidate will travel to multiple patient locations each shift.
