Active Indiana state license required to start the assignment. CPR/BLS certification required (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted). Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience required. Required experience with outpatient orthopedics and general outpatient therapy practice. Experience using Epic or similar EMR systems preferred. Experience with therapeutic equipment including ultrasound, electrical stimulation (E-stim), and LiteGait preferred. Ability and willingness to float between outpatient locations to meet patient demand. Team-oriented and flexible professional demeanor required. Assignment Details Facility Type: Hospital outpatient therapy department. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days . Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week. Patient Ratio: 1:1 treatment sessions. Required Certifications on assignment: State License, CPR/BLS. EMR: Epic. Equipment encountered: Ultrasound, E-stim, LiteGait. Reporting Location: Outpatient MOB building front entrance.
