Join a traveling Physical Therapist assignment in Arbor Vitae, WI to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing a scenic northern Wisconsin community. Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. Must have at least 12 months of home health experience within the past 3 years (client requirement). Ability to travel within a multi-county territory including Presque Isle, Manitowish Waters, Mercer, St. Current professional liability insurance as required by facility and state regulations. Active TB screening and up-to-date immunizations per facility policy. Preferred: prior experience providing skilled home health therapy and documentation for Medicare plans of care. Facility Type: Home Health. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Monday through Friday, 8-hour days. Monday–Friday 8am–5pm).
