Role Description This is a contract opportunity for a Physical Therapist in Edina, MN. The role requires providing comprehensive on-site physical therapy services to patients, including evaluations, treatment plans, and tracking rehabilitation progress. Responsibilities include delivering personalized care, supporting patient recovery, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes. You will work closely with patients in a clinical environment to help them regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall quality of life. Qualifications Strong expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation methods Proficiency in Medicine and Patient Care practices Experience with Home Care and related therapy services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction Bachelor's or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program State licensure in Physical Therapy (or eligibility to obtain licensure in Minnesota) Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other healthcare professionals Experience in developing personalized care plans for a variety of patient needs is a plus
