Physical Therapist (Sports/Ortho) Location:- Tacoma, WA Shift:- Mon-Fri Job Type:- Full-Time, Permanent Job Summary:- We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sports / Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our growing team. In this role, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical conditions, and sports-related injuries. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and return to peak physical performance. Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Assess and diagnose movement dysfunctions using evidence-based practices Treat a variety of orthopedic and sports-related conditions, including sprains, strains, and post-operative rehabilitation Apply manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and appropriate modalities Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes Maintain accurate, timely documentation in EMR systems Qualifications:- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Active and unrestricted state licensure Current CPR/BLS certification Strong knowledge of orthopedic and sports rehabilitation techniques Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in an outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation setting Certification such as Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) or Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) Compensation & Benefits:- Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based incentives and bonus opportunities Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays Continuing education allowance 401(k) with employer match (where applicable) For more information, feel free to contact Sally - (972) 525-0598 or email - sally.stone@protouchstaffing.com
