Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Join our client's dynamic team as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) and help patients move better, feel stronger, and recover faster! You'll work closely with a licensed PT to execute treatment plans that reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability. What Youll Do Deliver hands-on therapy, guided exercises, and mobility training. Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments, and keep detailed records. Educate patients and families on movement techniques for long-term wellness. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Assist in developing personalized care plans and perform assessments. What You Need: Valid PTA license from an accredited program. 3+ years of PT experience (sports injury focus preferred). Strong communication, analytical skills, and a patient-first mindset. CPR & First Aid certification; basic computer skills required. Ability to lift 80 lbs, perform manual therapy, and stay active for 8-10 hours/day. Part-time or full-time options available. Salary $55,000-$72,000, depending on experience.
