Company Description Atlantic Ear, Nose & Throat, PA is a leading Otolaryngology practice based in Central Florida, with offices in Lake Mary, Orange City, and DeLand. Established in 1999, the practice is led by board-certified physicians trained at the top-ranked Johns Hopkins Hospital. Atlantic ENT combines compassionate care with advanced technologies, offering innovative solutions such as balloon sinuplasty, needle-free sublingual immunotherapy, and Bluetooth-enabled hearing devices. The multidisciplinary team includes audiologists, speech therapists, allergy specialists, and physician assistants, providing comprehensive care for patients of all ages. The practice addresses a wide range of conditions, including sinusitis, sleep apnea, thyroid problems, and head & neck cancers, with privileges at prominent local hospitals and surgery centers. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physician Assistant role based in Orange City, FL. The Physician Assistant will collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to patients. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, diagnosing and managing conditions within the scope of Otolaryngology, performing minor procedures, providing patient education, and assisting surgical procedures when necessary. The role also involves maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with medical guidelines and standards. Qualifications Clinical skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning within the Otolaryngology field Experience in minor procedures and assisting in surgical settings is preferred Strong patient communication, education, and rapport-building abilities Proficiency in health records documentation and compliance with medical protocols Board certification as a Physician Assistant and the ability to obtain licensure in the state of Florida Experience or knowledge in using advanced medical technologies, such as sinus CT scans and hearing devices, is a plus Commitment to compassionate patient care and a collaborative approach to working within a multidisciplinary team Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable but not required
