POSITION OVERVIEW Outpatient primary care role focused on full-scope Family Medicine services Opportunity to build meaningful long-term patient relationships within underserved communities Structured weekday schedule with dedicated administrative time for documentation and follow-up care Collaborative team-based care model with established workflows and EMR systems Historic South Jersey riverfront community offering small-town atmosphere with convenient Philadelphia access COMPENSATION Base Salary: $110,000 – $120,000+ based on experience Loan repayment eligibility available SCHEDULE Monday through Friday schedule 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM One late clinic day weekly Rotating shared call schedule ROLE Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services across the lifespan Manage acute and chronic medical conditions Coordinate specialty referrals and follow-up care Deliver patient-centered treatment plans and documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary support teams and providers Support continuity of care within underserved patient populations ENVIRONMENT Mission-driven outpatient healthcare organization Team-based collaborative care environment Structured clinical workflows and established EMR systems Community-focused patient population Full clinical and administrative support staff provided BENEFITS Health insurance through Amerihealth with 70% employer contribution Dental and vision insurance Life insurance coverage up to 3x salary up to $250,000 Four weeks paid time off Nine paid holidays plus personal and sick time 5 CME days with $2,000 annual allowance 403(b) retirement plan with employer match after one year Loan repayment eligibility Malpractice coverage provided Free parking Requirements: Board Certified Physician Assistant REQUIRED Clear and active or eligible New Jersey PA license REQUIRED Comfortable managing full-scope outpatient primary care REQUIRED Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED Ability to work independently within collaborative team environment REQUIRED Passion for serving underserved and diverse communities REQUIRED Bilingual Spanish preferred Not ready to formally apply?
