Physician Assistant (Ortho)

Physician Assistant (PA) Shift: 8AM - 5PM Setting: Outpatient Orthopedic clinic New Graduates are Welcome! Position Overview We are currently seeking licensed Physician Assistants (PAs) to join our outpatient care team. This is a full-time opportunity with a Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM schedule, with no weekends or on-call responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be a motivated healthcare professional with a passion for caring for adults. While prior experience is preferred, new graduates are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient care to adult patients Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes Conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Requirements Active California Physician Assistant license Masters of Physician Assistant Studies New graduates are encouraged to apply Experience in orthopaedic care is a plus Compensation & Benefits Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (requires one-year employment commitment; paid upfront) Benefits Include Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Vacation and PTO Paid Holidays
