Physician Assistant | Family Practice Location: Texas Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Location: Austin, TX Job Type: Full-Time Contract (Locum / Contingent) Setting: Outpatient Retail Clinic A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) to join a fast-paced, patient-focused primary care clinic environment. This is a great opportunity to work with a collaborative care team while delivering high-quality, evidence-based care. Position Highlights: Outpatient Primary Care / Family Medicine setting Patient-facing role in a retail clinic environment Collaborative clinical care team support Focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and wellness Mix of scheduled + walk-in patients Schedule: Initial training: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Post-training: ~ 32.5 hours/week Every other weekend required Possible holiday rotations Responsibilities: Patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment Routine exams and preventive care Chronic condition management Health counseling and patient education Basic clinic operations (documentation, follow-ups, etc.) ✅ Requirements: Active Physician Assistant license (State of Texas) NCCPA Board Certification BLS (AHA or ARC) required Minimum 1 year of primary care experience preferred Strong communication and ability to work independently Additional Info: Onsite, patient-facing role Team-based care model Opportunity to work in a structured, high-efficiency clinical setting Interested?
