Description Baptist Health Medical Group (BHMG), part of Baptist Health South Florida (BHSF), the largest healthcare organization in the South Florida region with medical practices spanning from Key West to Palm Beach, is seeking to employ a primary care physician to join its Concierge Medicine Program, part of its expanding primary care services. Full-Time Opportunity (Job ID: FY26-MIA-CON-02-00T) Our concierge medicine model emphasizes quality over quantity, allowing physicians to spend more time with each patient and foster meaningful, long-term relationships, providing for a patient-centered approach The practice will focus on adult patients only Opportunity available at multiple locations Responsibilities include management of preventive and proactive patient care, as well as chronic disease, and coordination of multidisciplinary care while delivering exceptional patient experience Seeking candidates whose focus is on quality, excellent patient-centered care, exhibit professional demeanor, and promote collaboration in a multidisciplinary team environment Compensation commensurate with training and experience; benefits designed to support your professional and personal growth and include options for medical and dental benefits, generous paid time off, CME allowance, access to Baptist Health University for professional growth, and more In addition, Florida enjoys no State income tax Qualifications Requirements include MD/DO from an accredited institution, active and unrestrictive medical license (or eligibility for licensure by start date), and satisfactory completion of all required due diligence tasks and credentialing Candidates must be Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM), or Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) Residency training in ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, Med-Peds, or Preventive Medicine programs welcomed A minimum of five years of clinical experience required; ideal candidates will have experience in a concierge medicine care delivery model Additional fellowship training or subspecialty interest or experience welcomed but not required EOE, including disability/vets
