Job Description
Physician Injector Pain Management / Regenerative Medicine Location: Dallas, TX Ideal Candidate Profile: Empathetic, people first personality Engages and connects with their patients Team first mentality Humble, hard working, always learning Opportunity Overview: A growing regenerative medicine and interventional pain practice in Dallas is seeking a Board Eligible or Board-Certified Physician to support procedural and consultative care. This role is ideal for a physician currently practicing pain management or musculoskeletal medicine who is interested in regenerative therapies, flexible scheduling, and long-term growth with an emerging practice. The position starts part-time and is intentionally designed to scale over time as patient volume increases, with potential future expanded hours and equity participation. Preferred Specialty Background: Physicians with experience in the following areas are encouraged to apply: · Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R / Physiatry) · Anesthesiology · Pain Management Pain management fellowship is preferred, though physicians with strong procedural training will also be considered. Clinical Responsibilities: · Perform interventional spine and joint procedures using fluoroscopy and ultrasound guidance · Conduct virtual patient consultations · Participate in regenerative medicine treatment planning · Collaborate closely with onsite clinical and operations leadership Physicians must be comfortable with: · Fluoroscopy-guided spine and joint procedures · Ultrasound-guided joint and soft tissue injections Compensation: · $250 per patient consultation · $400 per Joint Treatment Area · $600 per Spinal Region Growth & Long-Term Opportunity: · Ability to increase hours as patient volume grows · Long-term potential for full-time work · Equity opportunities may be available as the practice scales and the physician becomes embedded in the organization Support & Infrastructure: · Clinical support includes help from Medical Assistants, Registered Nurses and Nurse Practitioners. · Front desk and operational leadership onsite · Credentialing handled by the organization · Local marketing team actively driving patient volume Ideal Candidate Profile: · Actively practicing physician in pain management or musculoskeletal medicine · Interest in regenerative medicine and future-focused care models · Comfortable starting part-time with a growth mindset · Strong communicator with EQ who values collaboration and long-term partnership · Documented success at converting consultations to procedures
