Job Description
Physician Liaison, Central Florida Territory Ready to take your clinical knowledge out of the hospital and into a role that actually fits your life? This is the exit ramp from always-on clinical burnout. Same world. Different lane. You'll use everything you know about how healthcare works, without the 12-hour shifts, rotating schedules, or emotional weight that comes with direct patient care. The opportunity Insure Technology is partnering with a highly respected, fast-growing specialty medical group in Central Florida to find a Physician Liaison who wants to build something. This organization delivers advanced minimally invasive procedures and comprehensive diagnostics — and they're known for doing it well. The clinical reputation is already there. What they need is the right person to get the word out. You'll be the connective tissue between this group and the referring providers across the region — building real, lasting relationships that translate into better access to care for patients and sustainable growth for the practice. Why this role hits different Predictable schedule, full stop. No more picking up weekend shifts or rearranging your life around a rotating calendar. This is a Monday–Friday field role. Your territory, your strategy. You own a geographic region and decide how to work it. Excellent opportunity for the autonomy you've been craving. Your clinical background is a superpower here. Physicians take you seriously because you speak their language. You're not just another rep, you're a credible peer they actually want to talk to. High-impact work without the burnout. You'll still be helping patients, just upstream. When you help a provider discover a better pathway, real people benefit. What you'll actually do day-to-day Build and maintain relationships with PCPs, specialists, and their office staff across Central Florida Visit provider offices regularly as in-person relationship building is the core of this role Educate providers on specialized procedures, diagnostics, and care pathways that can genuinely help their patients Identify and develop new referral sources proactively, not reactively Track outreach activity and progress within your territory (CRM usage, activity logs) Bring market intel back to the team such as what providers are hearing, what's working, what gaps exist Partner with internal teams to make sure every referral experience is seamless, both for the provider and the patient What we're looking for Clinical or healthcare background that helps you engage naturally with physicians and their teams (RN, medical sales, provider relations, care coordination all translate well) Outgoing and confident in professional settings - you don't need a warm intro to walk into an office and make a good impression Familiarity with specialty care, procedural services, or referral-based medicine Organized enough to manage a full territory and prioritize outreach without someone managing you hour-by-hour Comfortable with regular local travel throughout your region. This is a field role, not a remote desk job
