Doctor of Medicine | Emergency Medicine Location: Indiana Employer: All Star Healthcare Solutions Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Key Responsibilities: Full-time permanent position Evaluate and manage undifferentiated, acute, and life-threatening conditions Perform critical interventions (airway management, CPR, ACLS/ATLS protocols) Manage medical, trauma, pediatric, obstetric, and psychiatric emergencies Perform procedures (intubation, chest tubes, laceration repair, fracture reduction) Order/interpret diagnostics and coordinate specialty consults Determine disposition (admit vs. discharge) with clear documentation Participate in quality improvement initiatives Qualifications: MD/DO; Board Certified/Eligible in Emergency Medicine ACLS, PALS, ATLS certifications Strong clinical, procedural, and decision-making skills Practice Environment: EMR-supported workflow Experienced ER staff Teaching opportunities with medical students and residents Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary (3–5 year agreement) Signing bonus + annual commitment bonus Relocation assistance CME: $3,000 + 5 days Comprehensive benefits (health, disability, retirement plans) Malpractice coverage + paid licenses Cell phone allowance
