Job Description
Doctor of Medicine | Family Practice Location: Arizona Employer: AAS Locum Tenens Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking experienced Family Medicine Physicians to join our growing Value Based Advanced Primary Care team in our Phoenix, AZ office. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of clinical experience in Family Practice or Med-Peds and a passion for delivering exceptional patient-centered care within an integrated, team-based environment. This is a 100% on-site position providing comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population. We also have opportunities in: Gilbert, Peoria and Scottsdale, AZ. Compensation & Benefits: Salary: $240,000 – $265,000 (based on experience) Comprehensive Benefits Package including: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Malpractice Coverage Life Insurance Short- and Long-Term Disability 26 PTO days your first year, 11 paid holidays Eight weeks of Parental Paid Time Off following the birth, foster, or adoption of a child CME allowance: $2,500 annually plus 5 days of PTO for CME Tuition reimbursement available for qualified undergraduate and graduate coursework Requirements: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Med-Peds. Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience preferred. Current and unrestricted Arizona medical license. Active DEA license and Arizona fingerprint clearance card. BLS certification required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal abilities and a commitment to teamwork. Demonstrated adaptability to value-based and integrated care models. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with EMR systems. Exceptional patient service and professionalism.
