This full-time role offers a rewarding practice environment focused on HIV care Job Details: Location: Southwest Tennessee Status: Active Specialty: Infectious Disease, MD/DO Position Type: Permanent, full-time Certification Requirements: Board Certified in Infectious Disease License Requirements: Tennessee license and DEA required Patient Volume: 15–18 patients per day Work Setting: HIV outpatient clinic Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. or 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Call: Shared phone-only call coverage Admin Time: Scheduled within clinic hours EMR: Athena Compensation & Incentives: $100K retention bonus $10K sign-on bonus Up to $2,500 quarterly bonus Productivity bonus: $100 per patient over 14 per day (up to $96K annually) Benefits: Malpractice and tail coverage Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with matching 3 weeks PTO (increases to 4 weeks after 2 years) 5 CME days with $3,500 annual stipend Relocation assistance Will accept an H1b visa sponsorship
