Doctor of Medicine | Obstetrics and Gynecology Location: Palm Springs, CA Employer: The Inline Group Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position DAP Health - Full Time Employed New Graduates Welcome to Apply Loan Repayment Compensation: $320,000 to $360,000 salary range + $30,000 new hire bonus + $15,000 relocation Additional Info: Provides comprehensive OB/GYN care in an outpatient/community health setting, including prenatal, delivery, and postpartum care, as well as gynecologic services such as exams, contraception, and minor procedures. Diagnoses and treats conditions, orders/interprets tests, and develops treatment plans while meeting productivity and quality standards (UDS/HEDIS). Supervises mid-level providers and clinical staff, participates in quality improvement, audits, and peer review, and maintains accurate, compliant documentation. Collaborates with care teams, supports patient education, and contributes to a patient-centered medical home model. Requires MD/DO, active CA license, DEA registration, and OB/GYN expertise including procedures and emergency care.
