Doctor of Medicine | Otolaryngology Location: Arkansas Employer: Elite365 Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: Days Start Date: ASAP About the Position Compensation Package Base salary of $460,000 + production $100,000 sign-on bonus Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision Facility Details Team includes 2 Otolaryngology Physicians 1 Allergy/Immunology Physician 1 APP 1 Audiologist Call 1:3 (beeper call) Mostly outpatient; 1–2 OR days per week Clinic equipped with onsite CT scanner Clinic hours: Mon–Thurs 8a–5p; Fridays until noon Independent model with hospital-employed or private practice options Responsibilities Care for patients of all ages Higher volume of pediatric surgical cases ( ages 2+; healthy peds ) Qualifications & Skills Board Certified/Board Eligible in Otolaryngology Strong clinical skills and dedication to high-quality patient care Community Scenic, close-knit community in the Ozark Mountains Surrounded by two major lakes and a renowned trout river Ideal for fishing, boating, hiking , and year-round outdoor recreation Safe, family-friendly neighborhoods with strong schools Low cost of living and relaxed, peaceful pace Local shops, family-owned restaurants, and community events add charm Tight-knit, welcoming community with genuine hospitality Offers affordable mountain living with big outdoor amenities
