Doctor of Medicine | Pediatrics - General/Other Location: Othello, WA Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Location: Othello, WA Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $230,829 – $300,077 (DOE) + Full Benefits Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Pediatrician (MD/DO) to provide comprehensive care to infants, children, adolescents, and young adults. This role offers a balanced mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient responsibilities , ideal for physicians who enjoy continuity of care and a dynamic clinical environment. Key Responsibilities Clinical Care Provide primary, acute, and chronic pediatric care Perform physical exams, developmental screenings, and diagnostics Diagnose and manage a wide range of pediatric conditions Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications Ensure accurate and timely EMR documentation Hospital & Call Duties Participate in inpatient care and call rotation Maintain hospital privileges Collaborate with care teams to ensure continuity of care Patient Care & Collaboration Build strong relationships with patients and families Educate on preventive care and treatment plans Work closely with multidisciplinary teams Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited institution Completed Pediatric Residency Board Certified in Pediatrics Active or eligible Washington State license Strong clinical and communication skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Experience in outpatient or rural settings is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary up to $300K Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunities for professional growth and CME Work Environment Combination of outpatient clinic and hospital setting Collaborative, patient-focused care model Occasional travel between clinic locations Interested?
