Doctor of Medicine | Rheumatology Location: Keizer, OR Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Position Overview We are seeking a Full-Time Rheumatologist MD/DO to join our dynamic team in Salem, OR . This physician will be responsible for providing expert, high-quality care to patients with rheumatologic and autoimmune conditions. The Rheumatology Physician will work independently, evaluating and managing patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and monitoring therapeutic responses in both outpatient settings. Relocation assistance and sign-on bonus are available for qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities Comprehensive Care : Diagnose and manage adult patients with rheumatologic and autoimmune conditions in an outpatient setting Minor Procedures : Perform in-office procedures such as joint aspirations and injections Treatment Plans : Develop individualized treatment plans, prescribe medications, and monitor for efficacy and side effects Collaboration : Work closely with internal specialties and external providers to coordinate care Data Interpretation : Review and interpret laboratory and imaging results, adjusting treatment plans accordingly EMR Documentation : Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record, ensuring regulatory compliance Call Schedule : Participate in a shared outpatient call schedule (no inpatient responsibilities) Quality Improvement : Contribute to clinical program development and quality initiatives Patient Education : Educate patients on disease processes, lifestyle changes, and management strategies Requirements Required Qualifications Experience : 2+ years of experience in Rheumatology required Board Certification/Eligibility : Board Certified/Eligible MD or DO with 2-3 years of experience in Rheumatology Licensing : Active, unrestricted Oregon medical license (or ability to obtain) DEA License : Current and valid DEA license Technical Skills : Strong computer and EMR experience Communication : Excellent communication and teamwork skills Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks Schedule Days: Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts Hours: 40 hours per week Setting: In-person, outpatient clinic Benefits Compensation & Benefits Competitive Pay : Open to negotiation based on experience Sign-On Bonus : Available for qualified candidates Relocation Assistance : Package available CME : Reimbursement available for continuing medical education Time Off : 6 weeks of time off per year of service as an Associate Physician Health Insurance : Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage Retirement : 401(k) with employer contribution Malpractice Insurance : Company-paid malpractice coverage Professional Development : Reimbursement for professional memberships Culture : A supportive and appreciative work culture
