Physician Job Description - Atlanta, GA We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician to join our team in Atlanta, GA. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient examinations and medical history reviews. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses and injuries. Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Prescribe medications and monitor patient responses to treatments. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in multidisciplinary team settings. Provide health education and counseling to patients and their families. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic health record systems. Stay current with medical research and advances in healthcare practices through continuous education. Participate in community outreach programs and health screenings. Adhere to healthcare regulations and ensure the highest standards of care. Assist in training and mentoring medical students and residents. Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care processes. Qualifications Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. Completion of residency in a relevant specialty. Board certification in the respective field of practice. Valid medical license to practice in the state of Georgia. Strong clinical skills with demonstrated experience in diagnosing and managing patient care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong patient relationships. Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Commitment to continuous professional development and learning. Compassionate demeanor with a patient-first mentality. Experience with electronic health record systems is preferred. Willingness to participate in after-hours on-call rotation as needed.
