Job Description Owensboro Health Orthopedic Surgeon: Owensboro Health Medical Group is seeking a board-certified, board-eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join our established practice at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital in Owensboro, KY, consisting of 4 physicians and 5 physician assistants, due to practice growth and community need. Our group is seeking general orthopedics or joint-trained specialists to join our team, and new or experienced surgeons are welcome to apply! This opportunity comes with the ability to immediately generate volume and build a strong Orthopedics practice with an already established group and increasing clinic volume. Staff call is 1:7 and office call is 1:4 weekends (with the goal to align office call with staff call). Physicians typically handle their own patients in the clinic, and joining partners can expect a 4-day clinic schedule with 1 OR day and increasing OR blocks as their panel increases. This position also includes sideline coverage throughout athletic seasons with local collegiate and high school athletic partners and training room coverage as needed in conjunction with our sports medicine program.
