Job Description Vanderbilt Integrated Pediatrics is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatrician to join our established outpatient practice in Tullahoma, Tennessee. This role focuses on delivering high‑quality, patient‑ and family‑centered pediatric care in a close‑knit community while being supported by the resources of Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt, a nationally ranked children’s hospital. Practice Highlights - Outpatient, community‑based pediatric primary care Team‑based practice with physicians and advanced practice providers Support of Vanderbilt Health’s integrated academic health system No hospital rounding responsibilities Participate in light call coverage with nurse triage support Position Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive primary care to pediatric patients from birth through adolescence Diagnose and treat acute and chronic childhood illnesses and injuries Deliver preventive care, including well‑child visits and immunizations Counsel patients and families on growth, development, nutrition, safety, and disease prevention Coordinate care with pediatric subspecialists within Vanderbilt Children’s when needed Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the electronic health record Supervision of mid-level provider (with an additional stipend) Schedule & Workload - Four clinical days per week Dedicated administrative time built into the schedule No routine weekend clinic Average daily patient volume: 18–20 patients Qualifications - Board‑Eligible or Board‑Certified in Pediatrics Eligible for Tennessee medical licensure Interest in outpatient pediatric care Strong communication and interpersonal skills New graduates welcome Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
