Physician Recruiter

Emdego Provider Partners is a rapidly growing healthcare staffing firm specializing in locum tenens and permanent physician / APP placement nationwide. We are looking for a motivated, driven, and relationship-focused Physician Recruiter to join our team onsite. This is a great opportunity for someone hungry to grow in sales, recruiting, or healthcare staffing. Prior locum tenens experience is not required, we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude and work ethic. What You’ll Do Recruit physicians and advanced practice providers nationwide Build relationships with healthcare providers through calls, texts, email, and LinkedIn Match providers with locum tenens and permanent opportunities Coordinate interviews, credentialing steps, and onboarding Work closely with leadership and sales teams to help support hospital and healthcare clients Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process Help grow and strengthen Emdego’s provider network What We’re Looking For Strong communication and relationship-building skills Motivated, competitive, and self-driven personality Comfortable speaking on the phone and building rapport Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Sales, recruiting, or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required Positive attitude and willingness to learn What We Offer Competitive base salary Uncapped commission structure Health insurance Hands-on training and mentorship Opportunity for rapid growth within a growing company Supportive and entrepreneurial team environment At Emdego, we pride ourselves on being transparent, responsive, and easy to work with — both with our clients and internally as a team.
