This is a remote opportunity** Your Role In collaboration with internal stakeholders, develop a framework for KOL engagement. Develop tailored KOL engagement agreements for each KOL, while working with internal teams including compliance, product management, etc. Map and identify global KOLs across electrophysiology, structural heart, and interventional radiology ultrasound fields. Track KOL engagement and develop metrics to evaluate the success of KOL engagements. Design dashboards, reports and metrics to test the KOL strategy. Manage Global Medical Advisory Boards under the direction of the Sr. Director of Physician Relations. Assist with developing steering committees, advisory boards and other KOL engagement opportunities. Assists in the coordination of live educational events for various customer audiences with responsibility for all logistical aspects of complex events. Review grant requests and make appropriate recommendations to the Compliance Committee. Align strategy with corporate objectives: provide program details and participation metrics to leaders on a regular basis. Your Expertise Contribute to developing a strategy for KOL engagement and evaluating returns on investment. Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with key consultants, investigators, and KOLs. Build relationships with key regional and national societies and support efforts through championing CME activity in area of responsibility. Identifies and executes opportunities to improve our customer focus and effective communication with customers Required Skills, Education And Experience For This Position BS, BA, BSN or RN or higher degree in the Life Sciences or related disciplines is preferred. 5+ years of experience in working in the med tech industry, health care or pharmaceutical. Demonstrated ability to work with Key Opinion Leaders in the med tech industry. Ability to create databases, heat maps, organize data and chart data. Computer experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, database, spreadsheet, and PowerPoint. Excellent organizational abilities, written and oral communication and presentation skills. Dashboard development with Power BI and/or Monday.com is an asset. Excellent team player with team building skills. Strong customer focus and collaborative. Ability to independently define and meet project requirements. The Base Pay Range For This Position Is $147,760 - $203,170 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
