Position Overview Southern California Reproductive Center (SCRC) is seeking a detail‑oriented and highly organized Physician Support Coordinator for our Beverly Hills location. This part‑time, on‑site role provides essential administrative support to our physicians and plays a key part in ensuring smooth operations across scheduling, travel coordination, and credentialing. Key Responsibilities Coordinate all physician travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and preparing detailed itineraries. Manage physician calendars by scheduling meetings, site visits, procedures, and other professional engagements. Support hospital credentialing and privileging processes, including preparing and submitting applications, maintaining required documentation, and tracking renewal deadlines. Serve as a primary point of contact for scheduling meetings with internal teams, hospital partners, and external stakeholders. Assist in planning and coordinating internal meetings, physician events, and office gatherings. Maintain organized and accurate records related to physician schedules, travel logistics, and credentialing files. Ensure timely communication and follow-up related to schedule updates, travel adjustments, and credentialing requirements. Provide general administrative support to physicians and practice leadership as needed. Qualifications 2+ years of administrative or coordinator experience, ideally in a medical or healthcare setting. Strong organizational, time‑management, and multitasking skills. Experience managing calendars and coordinating complex travel arrangements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation. Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Familiarity with hospital credentialing or EHR systems is a plus.
