Description - Conduct evaluations of patients in either inpatient or outpatient settings and craft personalized treatment strategies - Implement physical therapy interventions that prioritize mobility, strength, balance, and functional recovery - Collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation professionals to optimize patient outcomes - Educate patients and their families on therapeutic objectives, discharge planning, and home exercise regimens - Maintain comprehensive documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in accordance with facility protocols and regulatory standards - Engage in care team rounds and interdisciplinary discussions to ensure synchronized patient care Education - Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution Certifications - Valid state licensure as a Physiotherapy Specialist - CPR certification preferred - Additional specialized certifications (e.g., neurological, geriatric) advantageous
