Job Overview Join Garden Alchemy, a fast-growing luxury e-commerce brand, as a Pick & Pack Associate.In this hands-on role, you'll play a vital part in bringing our products from our facility to customers across the country.Precision, care, and consistency matter here -- every order represents our brand.You'll work in a clean, professional environment alongside a tight-knit team that values quality, accountability, and growth.If you take pride in your work and want to be part of something scaling quickly, this is the place.Responsibilities Accurately pick products from designated inventory locations based on order details Pack orders with care to ensure products arrive safely and beautifully presented Verify order accuracy by matching items to packing slips or digital orders Maintain a clean, organized workstation to support efficiency and safety Assist with inventory restocking and flag any discrepancies or low stock Safely operate carts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse tools as needed Work collaboratively with the team to hit daily shipping goals without sacrificing quality Experience & Qualifications Warehouse, fulfillment, or e-commerce experience is a plus but not required -- we train the right people Strong attention to detail and ability to follow clear processes Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift Organized, reliable, and proactive with a strong work ethic Familiarity with barcode scanners or inventory systems is helpful but not mandatory Positive attitude and willingness to grow with a fast-paced, scaling brand Why Work at Garden Alchemy We've grown 5 in the last 4 months and are still accelerating Real opportunity for advancement for team members who take ownership Clean, professional facility with high standards Supportive, family-like culture without sacrificing performance You're not just packing boxes -- you're helping build a brand Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Pay:$17.13 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours:40 per week Work Location:In person.
