Use ShipStation to create labels, confirm shipments, and meet daily ship cutoffs. Verify items, quantities, and packaging to prevent errors and damages. Maintain an organized warehouse (clean workstations, labeled locations, tidy aisles). Assist with cycle counts and inventory corrections when needed. Coordinate with customer service and leadership to resolve order exceptions quickly. Work with systems including ShipStation and Finale; awareness of Shopify/Amazon workflows is helpful (training provided).Work Environment & Physical Requirements Warehouse is not climate-controlled; indoor workstations are climate-controlled. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform medium physical activity. Activity level:on a scale of 1 (Sunday bed-rotting) to 10 (New Year, New You gym-rat), this role typically lands around 6. Requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, and moving packages throughout the day. Equipment:pallet jack available; no forklifts. We do not use scanners so attention to detail matters.What Success Looks Like High pick/pack accuracy and on-time shipments. Clean, organized inventory locations and a warehouse that stays workable (not chaotic). You show up consistently.Attendance matters in a small team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. Reliable transportation to North Richland Hills, TX. Authorized to work in the USA. Able to pass background, drug, and reference checks.Preferred (Nice to Have) DG certification and/or hazmat shipping knowledge (preferred). Experience with ShipStation or similar shipping platforms. Experience in wholesale, industrial supply, manufacturing, or distribution environments. Spanish language skills.Why Work With Us?
