Alto HR is placing a Picker (Online Grocery / OPD Associate) across our Walmart locations in the Florida Panhandle. You'll fulfill online grocery and pickup orders accurately and on time, helping customers get exactly what they ordered. Responsibilities Pick items from the sales floor using a handheld scanner per customer order Stage orders in the correct temperature zones (ambient, chilled, frozen) Verify substitutions and quality of perishable items before bagging Load orders into vehicles at curbside pickup Maintain pick rate and accuracy targets Requirements Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfort using handheld scanners and basic mobile apps Ability to walk extensively (8–12 miles per shift) and lift up to 40 lbs Reliable and punctual; flexible morning, evening, or weekend availability Customer-friendly attitude for curbside loading Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Professional development assistance Location Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459 (Preferred) Shift availability Day Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Preferred) Overnight Shift (Preferred) Ability to Commute Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459 (Preferred) Work Location: In person
