Job Description:Flush Fashion LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker / Packer to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for selecting products from inventory and preparing them for shipment to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.Key Responsibilities:Pick products from inventory according to order lists Pack items securely and prepare them for shipment Label packages and verify shipping information Inspect products for quality before packing Organize completed orders for pickup or delivery Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area Assist with inventory organization and stock replenishment Follow company safety guidelines and procedures Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse, order picking, or packing experience is a plus Ability to lift and move boxes or materials when required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and time-management skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team Pay:$21.90 - $22.40 per hour Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
