Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Picker/Packer/Shipper to join our warehouse team.This role involves selecting products, packing orders accurately, and preparing shipments for delivery.The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely processing of customer orders.This position offers an opportunity to contribute to our company's logistics operations and maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.Responsibilities Select and gather products from inventory based on order specifications Pack Bulk Materials by weighing raw materials and packing them into their corresponding box size Pack items securely using appropriate packing materials to prevent damage during transit Pick Items using Bin Locations and becoming familiarized with catalog Label packages accurately with shipping information Prepare shipments for pickup or delivery, ensuring all orders are complete and correct Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, electric jacks and dolly's Support production tables by bringing raw materials to designated packing locations Maintain Conveyor Lines clear by processing shipments for completed orders and moving labeled product to carrier pick up locations Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed Follow safety protocols and company policies during all tasks Qualifications Prior experience in warehousing, shipping, or order fulfillment is preferred but not required Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills for inventory management systems are a plus Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential for shift adherence This position is vital for ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately, contributing directly to overall customer satisfaction and operational success.Job Types:Full-time, Temporary Pay:$17.50 - $19.50 per hour Expected hours:40 per week Benefits:Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
