Job Title : Picking Location: Chandler, AZ Shift: 8AM -4:30PM [Hourly Pay Range – $18.75 - 18.75 Employment Type: Temp to hire Schedule: M-F Job Summary: Job Title: Warehouse Picking Associate Job Summary The Warehouse Picking Associate is responsible for accurately selecting, preparing, and staging customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to use handheld technology to ensure orders are picked correctly and on time. Key Responsibilities Accurately pick customer orders using an RFID scanner Read and interpret item numbers, customer numbers, and pick tickets Verify product quantities and descriptions to ensure order accuracy Maintain productivity standards while meeting quality expectations Stage completed orders for shipping or further processing Communicate discrepancies, shortages, or damaged items to leadership promptly Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications: Ability to use an RFID scanner or similar handheld device Strong ability to read numbers, labels, and customer identifiers accurately Detail-oriented with a focus on efficiency and accuracy Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly, with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Schedule & Work Hours: Monday through Friday schedule Overtime opportunities available as business needs require Occasional Saturday work may be required; associates will be notified by their manager when Saturday shifts are available or needed Preferred Skills & Experience: Prior warehouse or order picking experience Basic computer skills Familiarity with warehouse productivity or performance standards Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed Work Environment: Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures Fast-paced, team-oriented environment Eastridge Workforce Solutions offers the following benefits, subject to applicable eligibility requirements .
