JOB TITLE: PILATES INSTRUCTOR: REFORMER CERTIFIED Who are we? We are the top performing personal training department in the entire franchise, nationwide, and we've just expanded our beautiful facility by adding a pilates room with a reformer! Our stunning location already has every amenity you can think of- including steam room, sauna, turfs, and advanced cardio machines. We are very excited to now offer private Pilates sessions at a competitive price- a win for all our current and future clients, especially those who can't make their schedules meet with that of a Pilates studio and want to do Pilates in their home gym- and our instructors! All of our clients sign up for 12 month programs- so no more chasing down clients for sessions every month, a win for you too! What are we looking for? We are looking for friendly, energetic, highly motivated and enthusiastic Pilates instructors. You must be pilates and reformer certified. We prioritize hiring those with great personalities and strong sales and customer service skills, and will even give you time to get certified if we feel that you are the right fit. Responsibilities: Conducting Pilates Reformer sessions and personal training sessions for our clients with proper form and technique Creating and implementing effective workout plans based on client goals and abilities Ability to adapt exercises to accommodate different fitness levels and physical limitations Strong communication skills to effectively educate and motivate clients-Ability to sell Pilates and personal training packages, or a willingness to learn Compensation: $40 per hour and up, plus Bonuses/Commissions.
