Collins Companies, Kubricky Construction Corporation is seeking a reliableand safety-conscious individual for a full-time position as a PipeForeperson . The Pipe Foreperson must have advanced understanding ofheavy construction activities including utility installation, earth moving,landfill operations and traffic control. Prevailing wage rates and a great benefit package including companyfunded pension, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance and lifeinsurance. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Ensure the safety of the work environment at all times by complying with Safety policies, rules and regulations Manage work crews and ensure assigned tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and per job specifications Plan and coordinate daily operations in conjunction with project Superintendent including scheduling, materials ordering/inventory, and equipment needs/maintenance Report labor, equipment and materials used Analyze and report actual costs to budget Communicate with other parties on the project including Superintendent, Project Manager, Engineers, Inspectors, Vendors and Construction Managers Train employees in proper and safe procedures, leading by example Read plans and specifications (application rates, grades, slope, drainage, etc.) Required Qualifications:
