Underground Utilities Pipe Laborer (CDL A Required) Overview:Earle is seeking a hardworking and dependable Underground Utilities Pipe Laborer to support our field crews on utility installation projects.This role is hands-on and requires a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced construction environment.Responsibilities:Assist with the installation of underground utilities including water / sewer Perform trenching, pipe laying, backfilling, and site cleanup Safely operate company vehicles and transport materials/equipment to job sites Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Follow grade and alignment direction from supervisors and foremen Maintain a clean and organized job site Adhere to all safety standards and company policies at all times Requirements:Valid CDL (Class A required) Previous experience in underground utilities, pipe work, or heavy civil construction preferred Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditions Reliable transportation and strong attendance Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed Strong team-oriented mindset What We Offer:Competitive pay Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k) Opportunities for growth within the company A team environment built on accountability, safety, and pride in the work Apply at:earleco.com Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
