About the Role West Penn Energy Services is seeking a Pipeline Laborer with a minimum of 6 months of verifiable pipeline construction experience to support field operations on active pipeline projects. This is a hands-on position requiring a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and the ability to take direction and work effectively as part of a crew. Key Responsibilities Assist with pipeline construction activities including right-of-way work, trenching support, and site clean-up Support equipment operators, welders, and other skilled crew members Handle, move, and stage materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently Follow direction from the Site Foreman and/or Superintendent to complete daily tasks Adhere to all company and job site safety policies and procedures Maintain a clean and organized work environment Perform general pipeline labor duties as assigned Requirements Required Minimum 6 months of verifiable pipeline construction experience OSHA 10 certification or PEC/Safeland certification (required) Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments Willingness to travel and work extended hours as needed Reliable transportation to and from job sites Strong commitment to safety and teamwork Preferred: Experience working on pipeline right-of-way projects Familiarity with hand tools and basic pipeline construction equipment Work Environment & Physical Demands Work is performed outdoors in varying weather conditions Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of materials Standing, walking, bending, and kneeling for extended periods Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly Why Join West Penn Energy Services?
