Led by a Chef trained under Michelin-starred professionals, we offer a unique environment where "low and slow" meets high-end culinary technique. Available Roles: Pit Master: Managing the smokers and meat quality. Line/Prep Cooks: Executing high-volume service and meticulous weekday prep. FOH Manager & Servers: Leading the floor and managing our partnership with Gulf Coast Brewing Company. What We Offer: A chance to learn elite butchery and smoking techniques.
