What you’ll do Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics to identify issues accurately. Execute various repair tasks, including oil changes, alignments, and tire services. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for vehicle maintenance and repairs. Provide top-notch customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their vehicle needs. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness. Assist in sales by recommending additional services based on vehicle assessments. Engage in heavy lifting as required during vehicle repairs and maintenance tasks. Basic qualifications Proven experience in automotive repair or as a service technician. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools. Preferred qualifications Previous dealership experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics systems and procedures. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Ability to lift heavy objects safely and efficiently.
