Pizza and Line Cook

Luigi's Italian Restaurant is seeking a reliable, hardworking Pizza and Line Cook to join our kitchen team. Some experience is necessary, as is a passion to work with food. Responsibilities Prepare and cook pizzas according to recipes and standards Maintain portion control and presentation standards Be able to follow safety and sanitation standards Some prepping will be involved, like chopping and slicing. Be able to work under pressure Skills Strong knowledge of food safety and handling Strong teamwork and communication skills Dependable and punctual Must be able to work around high temperatures Other Closed on Sundays and all major holidays Paid holidays Performance Bonus Possible signing bonus and retention bonus for qualified applicant Required qualifications: Legally authorized to work in the United States Preferred qualifications: 18 years or older Food Service license/certification: Food Handler's License
