Pizza Cook

Prepare and stretch pizza dough to proper specifications Assemble pizzas according to recipe standards (sauces, cheese, toppings) Operate and manage pizza ovens (deck, conveyor, or wood-fired) Monitor cook times, rotation, and oven temperatures Maintain dough quality, proofing, and proper storage Execute prep tasks such as portioning ingredients and making sauces Ensure consistency in presentation and portioning Maintain a clean and organized work station Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Follow directions of management team Qualifications Previous pizza or high volume kitchen experience preferred Strong understanding of dough handling and fermentation (preferred) Ability to work quickly and stay composed under pressure Strong attention to detail and consistency Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs Success Traits Strong work ethic Attention to detail Positive attitude under pressure Sense of urgency Pride in craft and consistency Team-oriented mind set Reliable and punctual $18-$19 per hour with 1 year or less pizza experience $20-$23 per hour with more than 1-year prior pizza experience Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Vision insurance Work Location: In person
