THE ROLE As a Pizza Cook / Kitchen Team Member, you'll be the engine of the operation — prepping ingredients, building pizzas to Fox's standards, running the conveyor oven, and keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and ready to fire at all times. WHAT YOU'LL DO Prepare and assemble pizzas, subs, and menu items to Fox's standards Operate and monitor the conveyor oven and kitchen equipment Maintain food prep areas, equipment, and storage in clean, sanitary condition Manage ingredient stock and communicate low inventory to management Follow all food safety guidelines and Fox's franchise standards Work efficiently during peak hours without sacrificing quality WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Experience in a pizza kitchen or fast-casual food prep preferred Comfortable working in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player ServSafe certification a plus — we'll help you get certified if not Flexible availability including evenings and weekends COMPENSATION & PERKS Competitive pay — commensurate with experience (discussed at interview) Flexible scheduling Employee meal discounts Ground-floor opportunity with a reopening location — grow with us Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour Work Location: In person
