Pizza Cook / Kitchen Prep Full-Time & Part-Time | dough.cheese.sauce dough.cheese.sauce (DCS) is a focused pizza shop built around simple ingredients and well-executed pies. We’re looking for a Pizza Cook / Prep Cook who takes pride in good food and enjoys working in a fast-moving kitchen. This role works the pizza line and prep , helping prepare ingredients, build pizzas, and manage slice service during our busiest hours. We’re hiring one full-time and one part-time position. Schedule Shifts starting around 10:00 AM, and 2:00PM Work through dinner service Full-time and part-time positions available Pay $15/hr base pay Tip pool participation averaging $5–$7/hr Expected earnings: $20–$22/hr total What You'll Do Prep ingredients for daily pizza production Assemble and dress pizzas during service Bake whole pies and manage slice service Operate Fryer for fried foods Keep the make line stocked and organized Maintain a clean and efficient kitchen Work closely with the team to keep service running smoothly We're Looking For Someone Who Shows up on time and takes pride in their work Stays calm and organized during busy service Works well with a small team Pays attention to detail and consistency Can lift up to 50 lbs Kitchen experience is helpful, but we’re happy to train the right person who cares about the craft.
