The Role As part of our Kitchen Crew, you are the heart of our shop. You’ll be responsible for crafting high-quality pizzas, calzones, and sides while maintaining a clean and professional workspace. Key Responsibilities: Food Prep & Assembly: Prepare fresh toppings, stretch dough, and assemble orders with speed and accuracy. Oven Management: Monitor pizzas to ensure a perfect bake every time. Hygiene & Safety: Strictly follow hand-washing protocols and maintain a sanitized station in accordance with our health standards. Teamwork: Support your teammates during the rush to ensure every order is out on time. Professionalism: Stay focused and efficient while "on the clock," ensuring a great experience for our local customers. What We’re Looking For Positive Energy: A "can-do" attitude and the ability to work well with others. Reliability: Punctual and ready to work your scheduled shifts (tennis shoes or non-slip footwear required). Detail-Oriented: Ability to follow recipes and specific plating instructions exactly.
