Assist in meal preparation for catering events as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality of food. Participate in inventory management by tracking ingredient usage and reporting shortages. Follow all health regulations and safety protocols within the kitchen environment. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, including pizza making. Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in handling ingredients. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaboration. Experience in catering or dietary departments is a plus but not required. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
