Responsibilities Kforce is partnering with a client in the Saint Louis area to identify a Plan Administrator. This role acts as a key liaison between plan sponsors and participants, delivering guidance and ensuring adherence to applicable regulations. Responsibilities include end-to-end plan administration and recordkeeping, such as supporting enrollment cycles, performing monthly reporting, and managing ongoing processing activities. Responsibilities: Support nonqualified plan (NQ) administration and serve as liaison with plan sponsors and participants Interpret plan documents in compliance with IRS 409A requirements Assist participants via call center support Process deferrals, awards, and distributions; maintain participant account data Support annual enrollment, plan updates, and quarterly statement production Track dividends, capital gains, and investment performance data Prepare monthly accounting reports and ad hoc sponsor reporting Compile SOC 1/SOC 2 audit documentation and support compliance requests Prepare invoice data and support billing processes Perform daily and evening processing to ensure accurate, up-to-date participant accounts Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Operations Management 2-3 years of experience in operations, administration, or related business environment Exposure to nonqualified plans (preferred) Knowledge of financial accounting, auditing standards, and investment products Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and ability to work with large datasets Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
