PLANT CONTROLLER– Well know, manufacturing company in the Chicagoland area About The Company Leading manufacturing of is looking to add a Plant Controller to their growing accounting team. About The Opportunity Opportunity for career growth- move into a business unit or climb the ladder in corporate Company is growing and stable Impressive work life balance Excellent benefits Competitive salary Collaborative, friendly environment Employees enjoy coming into the office Amazing close knit team atmosphere Responsibilities Of The Plant Controller Assist with month end close, quarterly close and year end close Financial planning and analysis, treasury, consolidation reporting, financial control accounting Also working with tax, AP, AR Oversee BPC reporting Oversee AP and AR Assist in preparation of key internal monthly financial reports Manage internal audit and coordinate the external audit and external financial reporting Partner with various business units and leadership to provide guidance around reports, analytics, strategic plans, business plans, and targets. Identify opportunities to streamline work and improve processes to drive effective data analytics and provide recommendations that will enable quality performance management discussions and better decision-making. Support the monthly close consolidation process by preparing variance analysis and reporting of results for multiple business units Demonstrate continuous efforts to improve operations, decrease lead times, and streamline work processes by working cooperatively Provide ad hoc reports and analyses as requested Manages small team Preferred Qualifications 5+ years progressive finance/accounting experience Proficient in Excel and technical skills Manufacturing experience required Degree in Accounting (Finance 2nd preference) required CPA Plus Closed the books, managed projects FP&A, Inventory Management, Internal Controls Audit Financial Presentation w/in PPT, ability to communicate results and forecasting to Executive Leadership Salary range: $120,000-$150,000 #INMAY2026
