Key Responsibilities Of Plant Controller Lead all financial operations for the manufacturing site including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to plant leadership Oversee inventory controls, reconciliations, and cost accuracy Develop and maintain product costing models and support capital planning initiatives Partner cross-functionally with operations and supply chain to drive efficiency and improvements Qualifications For Plant Controller Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business 4–6 years of experience in manufacturing finance or cost accounting Strong Excel skills with experience in financial analysis, reporting, and ERP systems #INAPR2026
