Job Description The FINANCIAL ONTROLLER leads the financial process of the plant.This position is responsible for the following main duties:*Lead financial reporting processes, providing accurate and timely data management for the manufacturingfacility*Manage financial reporting for all functional areas including Production, Purchasing, and Sales*Ensure controls support safeguarding company assets and providing accurate financial records.*Perform balance sheet reviews, inventory and ledger reporting.*Coordinate the periodic reporting of financial and operating results looking for opportunities to improveprofitability.*Manage the cost accounting system.*Ad hoc projects and reporting.REQUIREMENTS-Bachelor s Degree in accounting or Finance6 - 10 years of related experience in financial analysis, reporting and accounting leadership for a small or large business, preferably in manufacturingStrong track record of implementing internal controls and assimilating, educating and implementing cost accounting in amanufacturing environment- A strong aptitude in financial analysis, as well as a technical foundation in accounting. Experience leading diverse global financial consolidations in an accurate and timely manner- Outstanding communication and, interpersonal skills
